THE APP · ON THE FLOOR
Install once, then talk to your factory.
The AutomAssist app installs straight from your browser — no app store — and runs on a phone, tablet or desktop as a Progressive Web App. On the floor, scan a machine’s QR code to pull its documentation, past work orders and the right procedure, or just ask in natural language. It’s the same AutomAssist, in your pocket.
- iPhone / iPadopen this page in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”.
- Androidopen it in Chrome and accept the “Install app” prompt.
- Windows / macOSin Chrome or Edge, use the install icon in the address bar.
Once installed, you reach your connected systems from the app: your CMMS/GMAO, ERP, SCADA and documents are available through read-only agents, so a technician gets an answer at the machine instead of walking back to a terminal. New connectors — including a Mainti4 connection — are added source by source, without a heavy IT project.
FAQ Installing and using the app.
- It’s a Progressive Web App, so there’s no app store: open this page on your device and add it to your home screen — Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen on iOS, the Install prompt on Android, or the address-bar install icon on desktop Chrome/Edge.
- An AutomAssist account and at least one connected source. Once your CMMS/GMAO, ERP or SCADA is connected, you can access it from the app and ask questions in natural language.
- After your GMAO/CMMS is connected via its read-only agent, its work orders, equipment records and history are queryable directly in the app — no separate login for each system.
- Yes. A Mainti4 connection is handled like any other source: a dedicated read-only agent links it to the Knowledge Graph so its data becomes queryable in days.
