Each agent indexes its own content — SCADA alarms, production history, equipment records, GMAO work orders — then links it through the Knowledge Graph, so you can query across systems (for example, correlate a SCADA alarm with a Maximo or CARL work order) without merging databases or changing your existing ERP. AutomAssist is cloud-agnostic or on-premise, which keeps sensitive supervisors and CMMS databases in your control.

No. AutomAssist connects to your existing systems and adds an intelligence layer on top. Your teams keep using their tools. AutomAssist makes the data inside accessible through conversation.
You generate QR codes from the platform and link them to a document, a hierarchy level, one or more tags, or a specific piece of equipment (via the CMMS integration). When someone scans, they access the documents, work orders, and AI chat for that asset. These QR codes can be lasered on metal and be screwed on machine for durability.
PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text files. Images including electrical schematics and mechanical drawings (Electric Diagram and Pneumatic Diagram analysis modes). Documents in 15+ languages. The AI reads the content, not just the metadata.
Three deployment options for your security requirements. SaaS version on our Azure tenant. The service can also be deployed in your tenant on your cloud provider, or fully on-premise with no cloud connection. Encryption in transit and at rest, SSO support, ISO 27001 gap analysis initiated.
